 It is not much of a secret that I am pumpkin obsessed. Every September I wait until it is released just  like everyone else. Not this year!!! I am enjoying my pumpkin coffee in June with my best recipe.

Easy Veggie Pasta

-  Handful whole wheat pasta - 1 handful of spinach  - 1 c of broccoli  -1 zucchini (cut into small pieces) - 1c cherry tomatoes (halved) - 1 yellow bell pepper ( chopped) - 1/2 white onion (chopped) - 3 c vegatable broth -  1tsp onion powder  - 1tsp garlic powder - 1 tbsp oregano  - 1 tbsp basil Put all ingredients in a pan on high, and bring to a boil. Cover and lower heat to medium for 8 to 10 minutes.
