3 Stage of My Healthy Lifestyle
The 3 stages sweets have had on my life:
PRE HEALTHY LIFESYLE
Best friend!!! I had a hard time controlling myself around them
BEGINNING HEALTHLY LIFESTYLE
Enemy!! I thought stay away from them!!!! Never eat them again. They are what made you gain weight!!!!
CURRENT HEALTHYLY LIFESTYLE
Someone I use to hang out with alot, but dont see very often, but it is nice to say hi every once in a while.
This healthy living journey has taught me alot about myself. I know now that sweets did not make me gain weight. It was how often I was eating them.
You dont have to give up things to lose weight. I mean how realistic is it for me to say I will never eat a donut again. And why would I never eat one. They are good!!!
What I know is portion control and exercise is the most proven way to maintain a healthy body weight.
BACK TO THE BASICS!!!
