I will never buy taco seasoning packets again. I had an old packet in my pantry and I looked at the ingredients and what the heck!!!!!! This is the recipe I follow from pinterest.
So here we are! We have arrived to the age of requiring a yearly mammogram. Where has the time gone? I remember hearing women talk about their experience , and quite frankly I was horrified. Well either technology has changed, or I have a high pain tolerance; because it is really not that bad. I have come up 6 things I wish I would have known before my first mammogram. 1 pound of turkey or organic ground beef 1 small onion,chopped 1 can organic diced tomatoes 1 can organic garbanzo beans 1 can of mild green chiles 2 tbsp of chili powder 1 tbsp of garlic powder 4 drops of Tabasco Green Jalapeno Pepper Sauce Brown your meat and then throw all of the ingredients into your crock pot and let it cook. I put mine on before work. This is a great clean chili recipe, and it makes a lot. Hope you enjoy it as much as I did.
- Handful whole wheat pasta - 1 handful of spinach - 1 c of broccoli -1 zucchini (cut into small pieces) - 1c cherry tomatoes (halved) - 1 yellow bell pepper ( chopped) - 1/2 white onion (chopped) - 3 c vegatable broth - 1tsp onion powder - 1tsp garlic powder - 1 tbsp oregano - 1 tbsp basil Put all ingredients in a pan on high, and bring to a boil. Cover and lower heat to medium for 8 to 10 minutes.
